Our approach

Governance first, then engineering.

The sequence matters more than the tooling. We establish what the system is allowed to do, who answers for it, and how a person interrupts it, before a single integration is built.

Engagement shape
Five phases, each with a written output
Implementation
Governed systems implemented primarily on Beside
Advisory
Where governance cannot hold, guidance instead of deployment
  1. 01

    Intake review

A structured conversation about the workflow that is causing friction. No system is discussed until the operation is understood.

  2. 02

    Discovery and audit

We follow a real inquiry from first contact to resolution, and write down where information is lost and who decides what.

  3. 03

    Boundary and risk architecture

Before any build, we document what the system must never do, what it must escalate, and which human holds each decision.

  4. 04

    Implementation in a trusted environment

Governed systems are implemented primarily on Beside, inside an environment that can actually support oversight and disclosure.

  5. 05

    Governance review and optimisation

Escalation rules, boundaries and disclosure are reviewed against real operation, and adjusted where reality disagrees with the design.

Six principles, applied as build decisions

Governed boundaries
Every system is given an explicit operating scope, written down before it goes live.
Human in the loop
Consequential decisions are held by people, and the system knows which ones they are.
Operational clarity
Information arrives organised, so nobody has to reconstruct a conversation from memory.
Controlled implementation
Deployment happens inside trusted environments, not in whatever tool happened to be free.
Transparent disclosure
People are told when they are dealing with an AI system, and how to reach a person instead.
Named responsibility
A specific human operator is accountable for each deployed system, by name.

What we will not do

  • We do not build unrestricted autonomous agents.
  • We do not sell disconnected automation tools as a strategy.
  • We do not present generated concepts as delivered client work.
  • We do not claim integrations that are not configured and verified.
  • We do not imply that every third-party platform is supported for production deployment.
